Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact: - Lead the way - Serve with integrity - Take care of each other - Foster inclusion - Collaborate for measurable impact During your tenure as a Manager you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas: - Lead ServiceNow GRC & SecOps Implementations delivering high standards of technology enablement, including but not limited to Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, BCM, TPRM, Privacy, VR, and SIR. - Develop end-to-end ServiceNow GRC and SecOps solution architectures for clients in the Middle East region. - Collaborate with the client's Domain architects to ensure that the proposed solutions are aligned with the client's existing architecture, IT landscape, and strategic goals. - Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements. - Translate complex technical concepts into clear business implications. - Conduct early discovery sessions with potential clients and contribute to business case development. - Lead end-to-end bidding process for RFPs related to GRC /SecOps domains from bid qualification to award, including internal quality checks, risk assessments, and board reviews. - Contribute to commercial estimates by reviewing business cases, project scope, and required effort for bids or opportunities. - Oversee and mentor a team of ServiceNow BAs, engineers, and testers. - Lead pre-/post-implementation solution discussions and process workshops with clients. - Design and develop solutions to automate GRC processes, including integration with third-part regulatory feeds (e.g., UCF) for compliance libraries and third-party IT systems for evidence collection. - Design and develop solutions to integrate ServiceNow GRC with a third-party CMDB for entity scoping and Business Impact analysis. - Design and develop solutions to integrate ServiceNow VR with vulnerability scanners. - Design and develop solutions to integrate ServiceNow SIR with SIEM solutions, threat intel feeds, and the client's IAM solution. - Review project deliverables to ensure that they are of the highest standard in terms of quality and value to the client. - Coordinate among enterprise stakeholders to ensure the solution meets requirements and is delivered within expected timeframes and on budget. - Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels . - Remain current on the latest ServiceNow platform features, releases, and roadmap for GRC /SecOps products. - Lead development of necessary project documentation, e.g., HLD, LLD, and user playbooks. - Lead business development activities, including proposals, proof-of-concept (POC), client demos, and pursuit management. - Lead technical and operational support for ServiceNow security solutions post an implementation. - Support the achievements of the team's KPI in terms of financial and performance targets. - Work with team members across the Middle East and other member firms. Qualifications: - A recognized university bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred. - 10+ years of technology implementation experience with at least 5 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform with a focus on GRC and SecOps modules. - Experience working with any of the Big 4 or other technology consulting firms is preferable, but not essential. - Proven track record in solution architecture and design within the cybersecurity and compliance domains - Experience in leading technical teams and projects related to IRM, BCM, and security operations. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for GRC and SecOps. - Additional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or ITIL may be advantageous . - Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations specific to GRC and SecOps. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks. - Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database management. - Demonstrates integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
